Join us from the comfort of your own home twice a month as we go over fitness tips from the fitness instructors at the Shawnee Senior Center! This video features Beth, the instructor of our Enhanced Fitness Class. You can come to any of Beth’s fitness class at the Senior Center. Her classes are every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30am-9:30am and every Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm-5pm.
This warm-up video with Beth is meant to be repeated 3 times to get its full impact. We recommend doing this warmup each time you get ready to do an exercise and daily if possible. This warm-up is great for increasing your heart rate, improving your balance, and reducing arthritis pains.
