We’re at it again! This time with a 2min Tai Chi exercise video featuring Sharron, our Tai Chi instructor. You can come to any of Sharron’s Tai Chi classes. In this video, Sharron goes over some of the basics of a Tai Chi move. When executing these moves, pay attention to steady and even breathing as well as posture. Tai Chi is a great exercise for seniors as it helps build balance and flexibility.
